Summer is here! As much as the sun is good for providing our skin with a great abundance of vitamin D, it can also harm us. Sun damages skin by dehydrating it and causing it to age faster. Skin starts to look lifeless, burnt, and pigmented. So if you are planning to spend a lot of time outside, make sure you protect your skin. Be sure to wear sunscreen with at least a minimum of SPF 15. If you are looking for that sultry tan, wear a good bronzer instead of deep-frying your skin. And whatever you do make sure to drink plenty of water!
